The overstimulation we get from our phones, tablets, etc can disrupt our ability to fall asleep and get the recommended 7-8 hours of rest we need. To improve our sleep quality, a good tip is to avoid using bright screens an hour before bedtime. Instead, switching to a calming activity like reading a book (preferably in print or on a Kindle) with minimal light impact, helps to soothe our minds and ensure a more peaceful sleep.
I personally love to read fiction or books about nutrition before bed.
